How to make homemade cashew milk
Soak a cup of raw cashew in warm water. Let it stay for 30 minutes. Drain and rinse cashews. Add the cashews to the blender with 3 cups of filtered water. Blend for 1 or 2 minutes. Strain the mixture through a cheesecloth or nut milk bag. Return to the blender and add a tablespoon maple syrup, a pinch of sea salt, and a teaspoon of vanilla extract. Blend well. pour the cashew milk into a glass jug. You can keep this homemade cashew milk in the refrigerator in 5-7 days.

Vanilla latte, pumpkin spice latte, lavender, matcha, turmeric, blue matcha, spirulina, and chocolate latte:
Heat cashew milk in a small saucepan over medium-low heat. When warm, add in other ingredients. Whisk well until dissolved and frothy.
Or you can add all ingredients to the blender while warm and blend them for 30 seconds.
(if you are making matcha, we suggest sifting matcha before adding it to the cashew milk to prevent clumps).
